Vegetable Pancake

AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pc. (213g) Cabbage, julienned
  • 2 pcs. (220g) Potato, grated
  • 2-3 pcs. (243g) Carrots, grated
  • 1 pc. (47g) Red onions, grated
  • 3/4 cup (100g) All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup (100ml) Water
  • 1 pc. (50ml) Egg, beaten
  • 1 pack (8g) Aji-Ginisa® Flavor Seasoning Mix
  • 2 cups (500ml) Cooking Oil

Procedure

  1. SHRED. Shred all the vegetables.
  2. MIX. In a bowl, mix all shredded vegetables, flour, water and egg.
  3. SHAPE. Shape mixture to any shape of preferrence.
  4. FRY. Heat oil on a cooking pan and fry pancakes until golden brown.
  5. SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

Flatten the mixture on the pan to cook evenly.
