CRISPY FRY® SEASONED CRUMBSIngredients
- 3 packs (1500g) Tofu, cubed
- 1 pack (62g) Crispy Fry® Original
- 1 pack (62g) Crispy Fry® Spicy
- 1 pack (62g) Crispy Fry® Garlic
- 1 cup (250ml) Cooking Oil
Procedure
- COAT. one pack of tofu with Crispy Fry® Original, another pack with Crispy Fry® Spicy, and the last pack with Crispy Fry® Garlic.
- DEEP FRY. In a pan with heated oil, deep fry tofu until golden brown. Drain excess oil.
- SERVE. and enjoy.
Cooking Tips
Drain excess oil using a collander, cooling rack, or strainer to let air circulate to maintain its crispy texture. You may also opt to use different dipping sauces based on your preference.
