Stir-fry Noodles
SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce, AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning MixIngredients
- 4 cups (1000ml) Water
- 1 pack (250g) Egg noodles
- 4 Tbsps. (60ml) Cooking oil
- 2 pcs. (100g) Egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup (80g) Shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 1/4 cup (35g) Onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsps. (30g) Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. (10g) Ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup (90g) Shiitake mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 cup (80g) Bokchoy, sliced
- 1 pack (30g) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
- 1 pack (8g) AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
- 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. (12g) Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Calamansi juice
- 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Vinegar
Procedure
- BOIL. In a pot, pour water and let it boil. Then, cook egg noodles for 5 minutes. Drain egg noodles and set aside.
- STIR-FRY. In a pan, heat 1 Tbsp. oil. Pour beaten eggs then stir-fry to make scrambled eggs. Set aside then stir-fry the shrimp in the same pan. Set aside.
- STIR-FRY. On the same pan, add the remaining 3 Tbsps. oil. Stir-fry onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant. Then add mushroom, bokchoy, scrambled egg, and shrimp. Add cooked egg noodles and mix well.
- MIX & TOSS. In a small bowl, combine SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce, AJI-GINISA®, soy sauce, sugar, calamansi juice, and vinegar. Mix well then add to the pan. Toss to combine.
- SERVE. Transfer noodles to a plate. Serve and enjoy.
