Stir Fry Green Beans with Pork
PORKSAVOR® All-In-One Seasoning MixIngredients
- 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Cooking oil
- 1/2 kilo (500g) Green bean, trimmed, cut into half
- 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Cooking oil
- 1/2 cup (100g) Ground pork
- 1 Tbsp. (8g) Ginger, minced
- 1 Tbsp. (8g) Garlic, minced
- 2 tsps. (5g) Sichuan peppercorn
- 1 Tbsp. (7g) Red chili, chopped
- 2 Tbsps. (30ml) Soy sauce
- 2 tsps. (10g) Sugar
- 1 pack (8g) PORKSAVOR® All-in-One Seasoning Mix
Procedure
- STIR-FRY. In a pan, heat oil. Stir-fry green beans for 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- STIR-FRY. In the same pan, heat oil. Stir-fry ground pork until brown. Add ginger, garlic, Sichuan pepper, and chili. Cook for 2 minutes. Add back the green beans. Mix well.
- SEASON. Add soy sauce, sugar, and PORKSAVOR®. Mix well.
- SERVE. Transfer to a plate. Serve and enjoy while hot.
Cooking Tips
Instead of cooking green beans separately, you may sauté it for 2-3 minutes after adding the chilis.
