Stir Fried Carrots, Potatoes, and Bell Peppers
AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami SeasoningIngredients
- 2 Tbsps. (30ml) Cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. (10g) Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (30g) Onion, chopped
- 1 3/4 cups (225g) Potatoes, thin strips
- 1 cup (120g) Carrots, thin strips
- 1/4 cup (30g) Red bell pepper, thin strips
- 1/4 cup (30g) Green bell pepper, thin strips
- 1/2 pack (5.5g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
- 1 tsp (5g) Fish sauce
Procedure
- SAUTÉ. In a pan, heat oil. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add potatoes, carrots and cook until tender. Add green and red bell peppers. Mix well and cook for another minute.
- SEASON. Add AJI-NO-MOTO® and fish sauce. Mix well and cook for a few seconds.
- SERVE. Transfer in a platter then serve and enjoy.
