Sinigang na Salmon
AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami SeasoningIngredients
- 1/2 kg salmon
- 3 tablespoons (12 g) calamansi juice
- 2 pieces (4 g) siling haba
- 1 cup (160 g) tomato, big dice
- 1/2 cup (45 g) onion, red
- 1 cup (160 g) labanos, sliced
- 1 cup (100 g) sitaw, sliced
- 1 1/2 cup (60 g) kangkong, leaves
- 1 liter (1,000 ml) water
- 4 teaspoons (16 g) patis
- 1 teaspoon (4 g) salt
- 1 pack (10 g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
Procedure
- Boil. On a pot, pour in water, salmon, tomato, onion, and siling haba. Let it boil and turn down to simmer.
- Add. When the water is reduce, add in sitaw, labanos. Let it simmer until vegetables are cooked.
- Season. With calamansi, patis, and AJI-NO-MOTO®. Lastly, toss in the kangkong and mix well. Serve hot.
Cooking Tips
You may replace the calamansi with tamarind juice if preferred.
