AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami SeasoningIngredients
- 1/2 kilo (500g) Tulingan
- 1/4 cup (50g) Kamias, sliced
- 6 cups (1500ml) Water
- 1 1/2 tsps. (3.75g) Salt
- 1 pack (10g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
Procedure
- SIMMER. In a cold pan, arrange kamias and tulingan. Pour water and let it simmer until fish is cooked.
- SEASON. Add salt and AJI-NO-MOTO®. Mix well. Cook for another minute.
- SERVE. Serve and enjoy!
