Seafood Boil
AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning MixIngredients
- 3 Tbsps. (20g) Butter
- 1/3 cup (40g) Garlic, minced
- 2 1/2 Tbsps. (15g) Ginger, minced
- 1 pc. (65g) Onion, minced
- 21 cups (5000ml) Water
- 1 Tbsp. (30g) Cajun seasoning
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. (10g) Paprika
- 4 packs (32g) Aji-Ginisa® Flavor Seasoning Mix
- 3-4 pcs. (0.3g) Bayleaves
- 1 pc. (50g) Lemon, juiced
- 4 cups (500g) Marbled potatoes, halved
- 1-2 pcs. (350g) Corn on the cob, cut into 4s
- 2-3 pcs. (100g) Hungarian sausage, sliced
- 15-20 pcs. (400g) Mussels, washed and cleaned
- 20-25 pcs. (400g) Shrimp, washed and cleaned
- 2-3 pcs. (500g) Crab, washed and cleaned
- 4 Tbsps. (60g) Butter
- 2 tsps. (5g) Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup (130ml) Seafood broth (from seafood boil)
- 2 1/2 tsps. (20g) Cajun seasoning
Procedure
- SAUTE. Melt butter onto stockpot. Saute garlic, ginger, and onions until fragrant.
- SIMMER. Add water onto the pot to simmer.
- SEASON. Season with Cajun seasoning, Aji-Ginisa® Flavor Seasoning Mix, bayleaves, and lemon juice.
- BOIL. Add marbled potatoes and corn on the cob to boil until cooked. Then followed by hungarian sausage, mussels, shrimp, and crab.
- SERVE. Turn off heat, save some of the water and drain the seafood. Transfer seafood onto a tray and pour cajun broth all over the seafood. Serve and enjoy!
- SAUCE (OPTIONAL). (1) SAUTE. Melt butter onto saucepot. Add cornstarch and cook using whisk. Add seafood broth and Cajun seasoning. (2) SERVE. Transfer onto bowl. Dip seafood into the sauce and enjoy!
