- 7 pcs 350.0 Eggs, medium
- 3/4 tsp 3.6 AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp 15.0 Cooking oil
Procedure
- MIX. In a bowl, add eggs and AJI-NO-MOTO®. Mix and beat well using a fork. Set aside.
- FRY. In a pan, heat oil. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently until curds form and eggs are cooked.
- SERVE. Transfer scrambled eggs to a plate. Serve and enjoy while hot.
