Sautéed String Beans with Ground Beef
AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami SeasoningIngredients
- 2 Tbsps. (30ml) Cooking oil
- 1/4 cup (30g) Onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsps. (20g) Garlic, chopped
- 1 cup (200g) Beef, ground
- 1/2 kilo (500g) String beans, 1" long
- 1/2 cup (125ml) Water
- 1/2 pack (5.5g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
- 1 1/2 Tbsps. (20ml) Soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp (0.3g) Black pepper, ground
Procedure
- SAUTE. In a pan, heat oil. Saute onion and garlic until onion softens. Add ground beef and continue cooking until the meat turns to light brown in color. Add string beans and saute for at least 3 minutes.
- BOIL. Add water and boil for a few minutes.
- SEASON. Add AJI-NO-MOTO®, soy sauce, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another minute.
- SERVE. Transfer in a serving platter.
Cooking Tips
You can use ground pork or chicken meat for cheaper alternative for beef. Likewise, you can add few more vegetables like carrots for added nutrients.
