Sauteed Garlic Shiitake Mushroom
SARSAYA® Oyster SauceIngredients
- 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Cooking oil
- 5 cups (500g) Shiitake mushroom, canned, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. (10g) Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (35g) Onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. (15g) Butter, unsalted
- 1 Tbsp. (10g) Parsley, minced
- 2 packs (60g) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. (7.5ml) Sesame oil
Procedure
- SAUTE. On a high heat pan, add oil and saute mushrooms until lightly brown. Then, add in butter, onion, and garlic.
- SEASON. With SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce and sesame oil.
- GARNISH. With parsley and serve hot.
Cooking Tips
Drain the liquid properly from shiitake mushroom so that it will get a nice brown color when cooked.
