SARSAYA® Oyster SauceIngredients
FOR MARINADE:
- 2 Tbsps. (20g) Flour
- 1/4 cup (40g) Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup (100g) White sugar
- 1 Tbsp (18g) Salt
- 1 Tbsp (9g) Annatto powder
- 1 cup (250ml) Water
- 2 cups (500ml) Water
- 1 tsp (10g) Peanut butter
- 2 packs (60g) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
- 1 cup (250ml) Coconut milk
- 2 1/2 Tbsp (50g) Sambal
- 1/4 kilo (250g) Beef, small strips
- 1/2 kilo (500g) Chicken breast, small cubes
- 1/4 kilo (250g) Chicken liver, sliced
- 1 pack (30g) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
- 1 pack (30g) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
- 3 Tbsps. (45ml) Cooking oil
Procedure
- FOR MARINADE. MIX. In a large bowl, dissolve flour, cornstarch, white sugar, salt, and annatto powder in water. Mix until well incorporated.
- FOR SAUCE. BOIL. In a large saucepan, mix together and boil water, peanut butter, SARSAYA®, coconut milk, and sambal. Then add the mixture from step 1. Turn off heat and mix thoroughly.
- FOR THE SATTI. MARINATE. Marinate beef, chicken breast and chicken liver with SARSAYA® for at least 10 minutes.
- THREAD. Alternately thread marinated beef, chicken breast and chicken liver on BBQ sticks.
- FOR BASTING:. GRILL. On a hot grill, cook the BBQ for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Baste with SARSAYA® and cooking oil while grilling.
- SERVE. Transfer grilled BBQ on a serving plate then pour over sauce. Enjoy best with rice!

Feel free to adjust the amount of sambal to reduce or increase the spiciness of the sauce.
