Pork Giniling
AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami SeasoningIngredients
- 3 Tbsps. (45ml) Cooking oil
- 1/4 cup (35g) Onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsps. (20g) Garlic, chopped
- 3/4 kilo (750g) Pork, ground
- 2 Tbsps. (30ml) Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup (120g) Tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup (180ml) Water
- 1/2 cup (75g) Carrot, small dice
- 1 cup (165g) Potato, small dice
- 2 1/2 tsps. (12.5g) Sugar, white
- 1 pack (11g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp (0.5g) Black pepper, ground
Procedure
- SAUTÉ. In a pan with hot oil, sauté onion and garlic. Add ground pork and cook for 8 minutes.
- SIMMER. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, and water, then simmer for 10 minutes. Mix-in carrot and potato, cook until soft.
- SEASON. Add sugar, AJI-NO-MOTO®, and pepper, mix well.
- SERVE. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve and enjoy!

Cut the potatoes and carrots into a uniform size to ensure even cooking.
