Pancit Canton Guisado

Aji-Ginisa® Liquid Flavor Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. (25ml) Cooking Oil
  • 2 whole pcs. (250g) Pork liempo, strips
  • 4 cloves (20g) Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (46g) Red onion, sliced
  • 1 pc. (77g) Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup (62g) Sitsaro, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup (46g) Celery, chopped
  • 2 cups (500ml) Water
  • 1 pack (200g) Pancit Canton
  • 1 cup (70g) Cabbage, chopped
  • 2 packs (60g) Aji-Ginisa® Liquid Flavor Seasoning Mix
  • 1 pc. (3g) Calamansi, juiced

Procedure

  1. SAUTE. In a wok, heat oil and saute pork liempo until browned. Set aside. Then add garlic and onions until fragrant. Add carrots and cook until slightly soft. Lastly, add baguio beans and celery to cook for 3 minutes.
  2. SIMMER. Add water and pancit canton to simmer. Mix the pancit canton gently until cooked. Add cabbage and calamansi juice then cook until noodles almost absorb the water.
  3. SEASON. Season the pancit with Aji-Ginisa® Liquid Flavor Seasoning Mix. Mix well.
  4. SERVE. Transfer onto a serving plate and enjoy! (Can be garnished with spring onions)

Cooking Tips

When putting pancit canton on wok, wait for noodles to soften before mixing for it not to break.
