SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsps. (30g) Cooking oil
  • 2 Tbsps. (20g) Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup (60g) Onions, chopped
  • 1 cup (200g) Shrimp, shelled, deveined
  • 1/4 kilo (250g) Pork, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. (25g) Shrimp paste (Bagoong)
  • 1 pack (30g) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
  • 3 cups (335g) Oyster mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Water
  • 3 large pcs (350g) Patola, strips
  • 1/8 tsp (1g) Salt, iodized
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Fish sauce
  • 1/8 tsp (0.3g) Black pepper, ground

Procedure

  1. SAUTE. On a large pan, sauté garlic and onions until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add pork and sauté for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and sauté for an additional minute. Stir in bagoong and SARSAYA® and cook for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, about 2 minutes.
  2. SIMMER . Add water and patola to the pan and cook until the patola is tender, about 2 minutes. Season with salt, fish sauce, and pepper.
  3. SERVE. Transfer onto a serving plate and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

If oyster mushroom is unavailable, you may substitute with canned mushrooms.
