New Year Fried Rice
AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning MixIngredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp (20g) Cooking oil
- 10 small strips (40g) Bacon, crushed
- 4 cloves (10g) Garlic, minced
- 1/4 onion (10g) White onion, minced
- 2/3 cup (100g) Carrots, cubed
- 3 eggs (150g) Eggs, scrambled
- 2 3/4 cup (500g) Leftover rice
- 1 pack (8g) AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Soy Sauce
- 2/3 cup (100g) Cabbage, sliced
- 1/4 cup (40g) Frozen Peas, canned
- 1 tsp (5g) Spring Onions, chopped
Procedure
- SAUTE. Heat cooking oil in wok or pan. Saute bacon then set aside. Put garlic, onions, and carrots on the same pan. Once fragrant, add eggs and rice.
- SEASON. Then season with AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix and soy sauce. Add the cabbage and peas. Lastly, add all the ingredients cooked before and mix.
- SERVE. Garnish fried rice with spring onions. Transfer into a plate then serve!
Cooking Tips
Use day-old rice or leftover rice for a better and not sticky fried rice.
