- 1/2 cup (60g) Onion, minced
- 2 Tbsps. (20g) Garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup (50g) Singkamas, grated
- 1 cup (100g) Carrots, grated
- 4 tsps. (10g) Celery, minced
- 1/4 kilo (250g) Ground pork
- 1 pc (50g) Egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. (1.25g) Ground black pepper
- 1/2 pack (5.5g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp (2g) Salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) Pepper
- 35 pcs (35g) Lumpia Wrapper
- 1 cup (250ml) Cooking oil
Procedure
- MIX. In a bowl, combine onion, garlic, singkamas, carrots, celery, ground pork, egg, soy sauce, AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- WRAP. Scoop 1 Tablespoon of the mixture and place it on a lumpia wrapper and wrap.
- DEEP-FRY. Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry lumpia over medium heat until golden brown.
- SERVE. Transfer to a serving platter and serve while hot.
Cooking Tips
Brush the sides of your lumpia wrapper with water to ensure that your lumpia mixture is securely wrapped.
