Leftover Pasta Fritter

AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 5 cups (1,071g) Leftover Spaghetti, roughly chopped
  • 3 pcs (150ml) Eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup (130g) Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup (30g) Cheese, grated
  • 1 pack (11g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
  • Pinch (1g) Pepper, ground
  • 2 tbsp (35ml) Cooking oil

Procedure

  1. MIX. In a bowl, mix together leftover pasta, eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese, AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning, and pepper
  2. SHAPE. Mold mixture into burgers or balls
  3. DEEP-FRY. In a saucepot, heat oil and deep fry fritters until browned
  4. SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

You can freeze mixture for 15 minutes after molding to hold its shape before deep frying.
