Leftover Pasta Fritter
AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami SeasoningIngredients
- 5 cups (1,071g) Leftover Spaghetti, roughly chopped
- 3 pcs (150ml) Eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup (130g) Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup (30g) Cheese, grated
- 1 pack (11g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
- Pinch (1g) Pepper, ground
- 2 tbsp (35ml) Cooking oil
Procedure
- MIX. In a bowl, mix together leftover pasta, eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese, AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning, and pepper
- SHAPE. Mold mixture into burgers or balls
- DEEP-FRY. In a saucepot, heat oil and deep fry fritters until browned
- SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!
Cooking Tips
You can freeze mixture for 15 minutes after molding to hold its shape before deep frying.
