Lato Salad
AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami SeasoningIngredients
- 3 Tbsps. (40g) Vinegar
- 2 pcs. (5g) Calamansi, juiced
- 3 cloves (15g) Garlic, minced
- 3/4 Tbsp. (10g) Sugar
- 1/2 pack (6g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
- 2 cups (220g) Lato, washed
- 2 pcs. (85g) Tomato, diced
- 1/2 pc. (25g) Red onions, minced
Procedure
- COMBINE. In a bowl, combine vinegar, calamansi, garlic, salt, sugar, and AJI-NO-MOTO®.
- MIX. Mix the vinaigrette with, lato, tomato, and red onions.
- SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy.
