Korean Egg Sandwich
AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami SeasoningIngredients
Sriracha Mayo Sauce:
- 1/3 cup (100g) Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. (30ml) Condensed Milk
- 2 tsps. (10g) Sriracha Dressing (Optional)
- 4 slices (52g) Bacon
- 4 pcs. (200g) Egg, beaten
- 3 1/2 Tbsps. (50ml) All-purpose cream
- 1 pack (11g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
- 4 loaves (200g) Bread, Tasty
- 2 pcs. (40g) Cheese, sliced
- pinch (2g) Parsley (Optional/garnish), chopped
Procedure
- WHISK. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, condensed milk, and sriracha dressing. Whisk until well incorporated. Set aside.
- PAN-FRY. Heat pan without oil, then pan-fry bacon until slightly crispy. Set aside.
- FRY. In a bowl, mix egg and all-purpose cream. Heat saucepan, then cook eggs to desired doneness.
- SEASON. Season eggs with AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning and mix well.
- ASSEMBLE. Spread a tablespoon of sriracha mayo onto 1 loaf of bread. Add 1 slice of cheese followed by 2 slices of bacon. Lastly, add scrambled eggs and more sriracha mayo if desired. Close the sandwich with another loaf of bread.
- SERVE. Garnish with parsley. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!

Slowly cook the egg to make it fluffy.
