Kamote Mojos

Crispy Fry® Batter Mix

Ingredients

  • 645g Kamote, sliced crosswise with peels
  • 2 packs (320g) Crispy Fry® Batter Mix
  • 2 cups (500ml) Cooking Oil

Procedure

  1. DREDGE. Sort batter mix into two bowls and follow instructions on the packaging. Then coat all of the kamote with Crispy Fry® Batter Mix
  2. FRY. In a deep pan, heat oil and fry kamote mojos until browned
  3. SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

Option to double fry mojos for a crispier crust. (Fry to light brown then let it cool then fry it to golden brown)
