SARSAYA® Oyster SauceIngredients
- 1 cup (235ml) Water
- 1 kilo (1000g) Tulingan
- 1/3 cup (35g) Onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsps. (25g) Ginger, sliced
- 2 tsps. (3g) Peppercorn
- 1/2 cup (70ml) Vinegar
- 3 packs (90ml) Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce
- 1/4 cup (50g) Eggplant, sliced
- 1/2 cup (121g) Amplaya, sliced
- 4 pcs. (60g) Green chili
Procedure
- BOIL. On a cooking pot, add water, tulingan, onion, ginger, peppercorns, SARSAYA®, and vinegar. Bring to a boil.
- SIMMER. Once boiling, lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add eggplant, amplaya and green chili, and continue to simmer until liquid has evaporated.
- SERVE. Transfer onto a serving plate and enjoy!
