SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (235ml) Water
  • 1 kilo (1000g) Tulingan
  • 1/3 cup (35g) Onion, chopped
  • 4 Tbsps. (25g) Ginger, sliced
  • 2 tsps. (3g) Peppercorn
  • 1/2 cup (70ml) Vinegar
  • 3 packs (90ml) Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 cup (50g) Eggplant, sliced
  • 1/2 cup (121g) Amplaya, sliced
  • 4 pcs. (60g) Green chili

Procedure

  1. BOIL. On a cooking pot, add water, tulingan, onion, ginger, peppercorns, SARSAYA®, and vinegar. Bring to a boil.
  2. SIMMER. Once boiling, lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add eggplant, amplaya and green chili, and continue to simmer until liquid has evaporated.
  3. SERVE. Transfer onto a serving plate and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

Any fish can be substituted with Tulingan.
