Ginisang Sayote

AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. (5ml) Cooking oil
  • 2 1/2 cups (350g) Sayote, sliced into strips
  • 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsps. (150ml) Water
  • 1 pack (8g) AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix

Procedure

  1. STIR-FRY. Heat oil in pan. Add sayote the stir-fry for few minutes.
  2. SIMMER. Add water and let it simmer for about 5 minutes or until sayote is cooked.
  3. SEASON. Add AJI-GINISA® then mix well.
  4. SERVE. Transfer it onto a serving plate. Serve & enjoy!

Cooking Tips

To avoid mushy texture, do not over cook the sayote.
