Ginisang Sayote
AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning MixIngredients
- 1 tsp. (5ml) Cooking oil
- 2 1/2 cups (350g) Sayote, sliced into strips
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsps. (150ml) Water
- 1 pack (8g) AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
Procedure
- STIR-FRY. Heat oil in pan. Add sayote the stir-fry for few minutes.
- SIMMER. Add water and let it simmer for about 5 minutes or until sayote is cooked.
- SEASON. Add AJI-GINISA® then mix well.
- SERVE. Transfer it onto a serving plate. Serve & enjoy!
Cooking Tips
To avoid mushy texture, do not over cook the sayote.
