Ginisang Pechay at Tuna

AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsps. (30ml) Cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Garlic, minced
  • 1 can (200g) Tuna, flaked, canned
  • 1 bundle (200g) Pechay
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) Water
  • 1/2 pack (5.5g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp (0.63g) Black pepper, ground

Procedure

  1. SAUTÉ. In a pan heat oil, saute' onion and garlic until fragrant. Add tuna and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add pechay and cook for another minute.
  2. SEASON. Add water, AJI-NO-MOTO® and pepper. Cook for another minute.
  3. SERVE. Transfer to a serving plate, serve and enjoy.

Cooking Tips

Be careful not to burn onions and garlic when sauteing. Use medium to low heat when sauteing.
