Ingredients

  • 1 kutsara (15ml) Mantika
  • 1/4 tasa (35g) Sibuyas, pino
  • 1 kutsara (12g) Bawang, pino
  • 1 1/2 tasa (300 grams) Baboy, kasim, sliced
  • 1 1/2 tasa (375 ml) Gata
  • 1 tasa (130 grams) Kalabasa, sliced
  • 2 tasa (160 grams) Sitaw, sliced
  • 1 pakete (7 grams) Pork Savor® All-In-One Seasoning mix
  • Ayon sa panlasa Paminta, durog
  • 1 tasa (20 grams) Malunggay

Procedure

  1. . Sa isang mainit na mantika, mag-gisa ng sibuyas at bawang. Ilagay ang baboy at hayaan itong mag-brown ng kaunti.
  2. . Idagdag ang gata at pakuluin ito.Ihalo ang kalabasa at sitaw hanggang maluto.
  3. . Ihalo ang malunggay, paminta, at PORKSAVOR®  All-In-One Seasoning Mix.
