Garlic Bread (using Garlic Confit)
AJI-SHIO® PepperIngredients
- (53g) Garlic Confit (https://www.cookmunitybyajinomoto.com/recipes/garlic-confit/)
- 4 tbsp. (60g) Butter, softened
- 1/8 tsp. (1g) AJI-SHIO® Pepper
- 1 tsp. (5g) Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp. (5g) Parsley (optional)
- 6 loaves (270g) Bread, any bread
Procedure
- COMBINE. In a bowl, combine garlic confit, softened butter, AJI-SHIO®, parmesan cheese, and parsley. Mix well.
- SPREAD. Spread the butter mixture onto the bread.
- TOAST. Heat pan and toast the side of the bread with the confit mixture until golden brown.
- SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!
Cooking Tips
Microwave or heat butter until softened to mix well with garlic confit.
