Garlic Bread (using Garlic Confit)

AJI-SHIO® Pepper

Ingredients

  • (53g) Garlic Confit (https://www.cookmunitybyajinomoto.com/recipes/garlic-confit/)
  • 4 tbsp. (60g) Butter, softened
  • 1/8 tsp. (1g) AJI-SHIO® Pepper
  • 1 tsp. (5g) Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. (5g) Parsley (optional)
  • 6 loaves (270g) Bread, any bread

Procedure

  1. COMBINE. In a bowl, combine garlic confit, softened butter, AJI-SHIO®, parmesan cheese, and parsley. Mix well.
  2. SPREAD. Spread the butter mixture onto the bread.
  3. TOAST. Heat pan and toast the side of the bread with the confit mixture until golden brown.
  4. SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

Microwave or heat butter until softened to mix well with garlic confit.
