Fried Tilapia with Buttered Vegetables

AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

Fried Fish:
  • 1/2 kilo (500g) Tilapia
  • 1/2 pack (4g) AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup (250g) Cooking oil
Buttered Vegetables:
  • 5 Tbsps. (75g) Butter
  • 5 Tbsps. (75g) Butter
  • 1 cup (150g) Corn, canned, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups (200g) Baguio Beans, diced
  • 1/2 pack (4g) AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
  • 1/8 tsp. (0.6g) Salt, iodized

Procedure

  1. SEASON. Season tilapia with AJI-GINISA®. Set aside for 5-10 minutes.
  2. FRY. Heat oil in a pan. Fry tilapia until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil and set aside.
  3. SAUTÉ. On a separate pan, heat butter. Sauté carrot, corn, and Baguio beans for 3-5 minutes.
  4. SEASON. Season with AJI-GINISA® and salt. Mix well.
  5. SERVE. In a plate assemble tilapia and vegetables then serve with rice. Serve & enjoy!

Cooking Tips

You may use CRISPY FRY® Fish for frying the tilapia to make it crispier and tastier and prevent it from sticking.
