Fishball Sweet and Sour Sauce

SARSAYA® Sweet and Sour Sauce, AJI-SHIO® Pepper Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp. (15g) Onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. (15g) Garlic, minced
  • 1 pack (200ml) SARSAYA® Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • 1/4 cup (50ml) Water
  • 3 1/2 tsps. (17ml) Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. (1.3g) AJI-SHIO® Pepper Seasoning Mix
  • 1 1/2 tsps. (7ml) Vinegar
  • 1 pc. (1g) Siling labuyo, chopped
  • Fishball (optional)

Procedure

  1. SAUTÉ. In a pot, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. MIX. Add SARSAYA® Sweet and Sour Sauce, water, soy sauce, AJI-SHIO® Pepper, vinegar and chili. Mix well.
  3. SERVE. Place sauce on a saucer or clean jar. Serve sauce with fishballs.
