Fishball Sweet and Sour Sauce
SARSAYA® Sweet and Sour Sauce, AJI-SHIO® Pepper Seasoning MixIngredients
- 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. (15g) Onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. (15g) Garlic, minced
- 1 pack (200ml) SARSAYA® Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 1/4 cup (50ml) Water
- 3 1/2 tsps. (17ml) Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. (1.3g) AJI-SHIO® Pepper Seasoning Mix
- 1 1/2 tsps. (7ml) Vinegar
- 1 pc. (1g) Siling labuyo, chopped
- Fishball (optional)
Procedure
- SAUTÉ. In a pot, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- MIX. Add SARSAYA® Sweet and Sour Sauce, water, soy sauce, AJI-SHIO® Pepper, vinegar and chili. Mix well.
- SERVE. Place sauce on a saucer or clean jar. Serve sauce with fishballs.
