Dumpling Lasagna
AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami SeasoningIngredients
- 2 cups Chicken thigh fillet, ground
- 2 Tbsp. Spring onions, chopped
- 3 pcs Garlic, grated
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger, grated
- 1 tsp. Sesame oil
- 2 tsps. Chili oil
- 1 tsp. Rice vinegar
- 1 pack of 11 g AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
- 3/4 tsp Black pepper, ground
- 2 Tbsps. Chicken broth
- 20 pcs Dumpling wrapper
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsps. Chili oil
- 1 Tbsp. Spring onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. Sesame seeds
Procedure
- COMBINE.. In a bowl, combine ground chicken thigh, spring onions, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, chili oil, rice vinegar, AJI-NO-MOTO®, and ground pepper.
- ASSEMBLE.. Layer dumpling wrapper on the bottom of the ramekin (a small ceramic bowl) or small tray. Spread ground pork mixture on top before adding another layer of dumpling wrapper. Pour 2 tablespoons of chicken broth on top before cooking.
- STEAM. Bring water to a boil before steaming the dumpling lasagna for 15 minutes.
- SERVE. Serve hot with a garnish of soy sauce, chili oil, spring onions, sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!
Cooking Tips
Lightly oil the ramekin or tray before layering the wrappers to prevent sticking and make it easier to remove once cooked.
