- 1/4 kilo (250g) Tilapia, fillet
- 1/4 pack (12.5g) CRISPY FRY® Breading Mix Fish
- 1 cup (250ml) Cooking oil
Procedure
- WASH. fish and drain
- COAT. evenly with CRISPY FRY® (Fish)
- FRY. in oil with a temperature of 175˚C – 185 ˚C until fish is cooked.
Cooking Tips
Use a strainer or collander in draining excess oil after frying tilapia. This will allow the air to circulate to prevent soggy fried fish.
