Creamy Meatball Pasta
AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning MixIngredients
Meatballs:
- 2 slices (50g) Bread, crumbled
- 3/4 cup (150g) Ground beef
- 3/4 cup (150g) Ground pork
- 1 pc. (50g) Egg, beaten
- 1 pack (8g) AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
- 2 Tbsps. (15g) All-Purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (30g) Carrots, minced
- 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Oil
- 2 tsps. (10g) Butter
- 2 Tbsps. (30g) Onions
- 1/4 cup (60ml) All-Purpose cream
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Fresh milk
- 1/4 tsp. (1g) Salt, iodized
- 2 3/4 cups (400g) Spaghetti pasta, cooked
Procedure
- MIX & MOLD. In a bowl, combine bread, ground beef, ground pork, egg, flour, carrots, and AJI-GINISA®. Mix well. Scoop 2 Tbsps then shape into meatballs.
- FRY. In a pan, heat oil. Fry meatballs until browned on all sides. Drain excess oil using a strainer. Set aside.
- SAUTÉ & SIMMER. In a separate pan, melt butter. Sauté onion until fragrant. Add cream, milk, and salt. Mix well and let it simmer. Add the cooked spaghetti pasta and meatballs. Mix well until coated with the sauce.
- SERVE. Transfer pasta to a plate. Serve and enjoy!
Cooking Tips
Instead of frying the meatballs, you may opt to air-fry or bake them for 25-30 min at 180°C.
