Chinese Style Fried Rice
SARSAYA® Liquid Seasoning, The Ajinomoto Brand Chicken Powder MixIngredients
- 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Achuete oil
- 2 Tbsps. (20g) Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. (10g) Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. (10g) Ginger, minced
- 1 cup (200g) Shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
- 1/3 cup (80g) Grean peas
- 1/4 cup (50g) Sweet ham, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup (50g) Chorizo, finely chopped
- 2 cups (320g) Rice, cooked
- 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Achuete oil
- 2 tsps. (10ml) SARSAYA® Liquid Seasoning
- 1 tsp. (3g) Spring onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. (5g) The Ajinomoto Brand Chicken Powder Mix
- 3 pcs. (150g) Scrambled egg, finely chopped
Procedure
- STIR-FRY. In a pan, heat achuete oil. Stir-fry onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant. Add shrimp, green peas, ham, and chorizo, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes until shrimp is cooked. Add rice then cook until evenly distributed.
- SEASON. Add achuete oil, spring onion, SARSAYA® Liquid Seasoning, and The Ajinomoto Brand Chicken Powder Mix. Toss to mix well.
- SERVE. Transfer to a serving platter. Top with scrambled egg. Serve and enjoy.
