Chicken Teriyaki
Sarsaya® Teriyaki SauceIngredients
- 2 tsps. (10ml) Cooking oil
- 1 cup (250g) Chicken thigh, fillet, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup (100g) String beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 pack (40g) Sarsaya® Teriyaki Sauce
Procedure
- SEAR. In a pan, heat oil. Sear chicken pieces until golden brown on both sides.
- STIR-FRY. Add the string beans then stir-fry for 2 minutes or until vegetable is cooked.
- SEASON. Add Sarsaya® Teriyaki Sauce, then mix well for 15-30 seconds.
- SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!
