Chicken Sisig
AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami SeasoningIngredients
- 2 cups (272g) Leftover roast chicken, cubed
- 1/3 cup (60g) White onions, diced
- 2 pcs. (10g) Red and green chilis, chopped
- 4 tsp. (20ml) Cooking oil
- 1 tsp (5ml) Soy sauce
- 1/2 pack (5.5g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
- 2 pcs. (5ml) Calamansi, juiced
- 1/4 cup (50g) Mayonnaise
Procedure
- MIX. In a large bowl, add chicken, onions, red and green chilis.
- SAUTE. In a pan, heat oil and add chicken mixture.
- SEASON. Add soy sauce and AJI-NO-MOTO®. Mix well.
- FINISH. Turn off the heat, then add calamansi juice and mayonnaise. Mix well.
- SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!

Other leftover chicken may also be used such as leftover fried or boiled chicken.
