Chicken Sisig

AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (272g) Leftover roast chicken, cubed
  • 1/3 cup (60g) White onions, diced
  • 2 pcs. (10g) Red and green chilis, chopped
  • 4 tsp. (20ml) Cooking oil
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Soy sauce
  • 1/2 pack (5.5g) AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
  • 2 pcs. (5ml) Calamansi, juiced
  • 1/4 cup (50g) Mayonnaise

Procedure

  1. MIX. In a large bowl, add chicken, onions, red and green chilis.
  2. SAUTE. In a pan, heat oil and add chicken mixture.
  3. SEASON. Add soy sauce and AJI-NO-MOTO®. Mix well.
  4. FINISH. Turn off the heat, then add calamansi juice and mayonnaise. Mix well.
  5. SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

Other leftover chicken may also be used such as leftover fried or boiled chicken.
