Chicken Pastil
SARSAYA® Oyster SauceIngredients
- 3 cups (700ml) Water
- 4 cups (500g) Chicken breast, shredded
- 2 tbsp. (30ml) Cooking oil
- 1 1/8 tbsp. (10g) Garlic, minced
- 2/3 cup (80g) Onions, chopped
- 2 packs (60g) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
- 1/8 tsp. (0.8g) Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp. (1g) Chili flakes
- 1/3 cup (50g) Cucumber, sliced
- 3/4 cup (150g) Tomato, sliced
Procedure
- BOIL. On a pot, add water and chicken breast to boil until tender.
- SHRED. Shred the chicken breast with a fork or hands.
- SAUTÉ. Heat cooking oil onto a pan, saute garlic and onions until fragrant. Then add shredded chicken, SARSAYA®, turmeric powder, and chili flakes for a few minutes.
- SERVE. Transfer onto a plate then serve with rice. Enjoy!
Cooking Tips
You can place chicken pastil in a jar to prolong its shelf-life, making sure to add its oil.
