Chicken Inasal Burger
SARSAYA® Oyster SauceIngredients
- 3/4 cup (105g) Chicken inasal, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp (10g) Papaya Atchara
- 1 1/2 tbsp (20ml) Cooking oil
- 2 buns (120g) Burger buns/ bread
- 1 1/4 tbsp (20ml) Annatto oil
- 1 1/2 pack (45g) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp (15g) Margarine
- 1/8 tsp (0.7g) Salt
- 2 pcs (0.8g) Calamansi, juiced
Procedure
- PROCESS. Debone and take all the meat from the leftover chicken inasal and roughly chop
- MIX. On a medium bowl, mix annatto oil, SARSAYA®, margarine, salt, calamansi
- SAUTE. Heat oil in pan, then add chicken inasal then baste with inasal sauce
- ASSEMBLE. Place chicken inasal on burger buns or bread then baste it with sauce then add the atchara on top before closing the burger
- SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!
