Chicken & Dumpling Soup
AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning MixIngredients
Dumpling:
- 3/4 cup (200g) Pork, gound
- 1 Tbsp. (10g) Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. (10g) Onion, minced
- 1 pc. (50g) Egg, beaten
- 1/16 tsp. (1g) Salt, iodized
- 1/8 tsp. (0.5g) Black pepper, ground
- 30 pcs. (133.3g) Molo wrapper, medium
- 6 cups (1500ml) Water
- 1 cup (200g) Chicken, boiled, shredded
- 4 cups (250g) Cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups (200g) Carrot, strips, thinly sliced
- 2 tsps. (10ml) Fish sauce
- 1 pack (8g) Aji-Ginisa® Flavor Seasoning Mix
- 1/8 tsp. (0.5g) Black pepper, ground
- 1/8 cup (10g) Spring onion, chopped
- 5 cups (800g) Rice, boiled
- 5 pcs. (250g) Banana (or any fruit)
Procedure
- COMBINE. In a bowl combine, pork, garlic, onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- MOLD. Scoop 1/2 tablespoon of meat mixture and wrap it in a molo wrapper. Set aside.
- BOIL & SIMMER. Put water in a pot then let it boil. Mix-in the dumplings and simmer for 5 minutes. Add chicken, cabbage, carrots, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- SEASON. Add fish sauce, Aji-Ginisa®, pepper, and spring onions, mix well.
- SERVE. Transfer into a serving bowl then serve with rice and fruit. Enjoy!
Cooking Tips
For more flavorful soup, use chicken stock instead of plain water.
