Cheese & Malunggay Fish Fillet Rolls
AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning MixIngredients
- 2 pcs. (1000g) Cream dory
- 2 tsp. (10g) Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. (5g) Ginger, minced
- 1 1/2 pack (12g) AJI-GINISA®
- 1 tsp. (2g) Parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. (5ml) Lemon, juiced
- 3 tbsp. (40g) Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (10g) Malunggay Leaves
- 1 cup (125g) Flour
- 3 eggs (150g) Egg
- 2 cups (100g) Breadcrumbs
- 1 bottle (1000ml) Cooking Oil
Procedure
- SEASON. Season cream dory with garlic, ginger, AJI-GINISA®, parsley, and lemon.
- ROLL. Place mozzarella cheese and malunggay leaves in the center of each fish fillet, then roll them up.
- COAT. Coat fish fillet rolls with flour, the dip them in egg then coat with breadcrumbs.
- DEEP-FRY. In a pan heat oil, then place all rolls onto the pan until golden brown
- SERVE. Transfer onto a serving plate. Best served with ketchup!
Cooking Tips
Mozzarella cheese can be replaced with any cheese, just make sure to close and coat the fillet tightly.
