Aji-Ginisa® Liquid Flavor Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tbsp. (30ml) Cooking Oil
  • 2 whole pcs. (500g) Pork liempo, chopped
  • 7 cloves (30g) Garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp. (20g) Ginger, minced
  • 1 cup (136g) Carrots, cubed
  • 3 stalks (97g) Leeks, chopped
  • 3 pcs. (150g) Eggs, beaten
  • 4 cups (1000g) Rice, cooked
  • 3 packs (90g) Aji-Ginisa® Liquid Flavor Seasoning Mix

Procedure

  1. SAUTE. In a wok, heat oil and saute pork liempo until brown. Set aside. Add garlic and ginger until fragrant. Then followed by carrots and leeks until carrots are soft. Add eggs and mix well until scrambled. Lastly add rice and pork then mix well.
  2. SEASON. Season fried rice with Aji-Ginisa® Liquid Flavor Seasoning Mix and mix well.
  3. SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

Mix fried rice well until color is even throughout to have consistent taste.
