Boiled Egg Sarciado
AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning MixIngredients
- 2 Tbsps. (30ml) Cooking oil
- 1/2 cup (54g) Onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup (34g) Garlic, minced
- 1 cup (130g) Tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup (69g) Green Bell Pepper, small diced
- 1/2 cup (69g) Red Bell Pepper, small diced
- 1 1/2 cups (375ml) Water
- 2 pieces (100g) Egg, beaten
- 1 pack (8g) AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
- 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Fish sauce
- 1/8 tsp. (0.3g) Black pepper, ground
- 1 tsp. (5g) Sugar, brown
- 5 pieces (250g) Egg, hard boiled
- 1/2 cup (18g) Onion leeks, chopped
Procedure
- STIR-FRY. In a pan, heat oil. Stir-fry onion, garlic, and tomatoes until soft and fragrant. Add green and red bell pepper. Continue cooking for another minute.
- BOIL & SEASON. Add water to the vegetable mixture. Boil then simmer for a minute. Add the beaten eggs. Season with AJI-GINISA®, fish sauce, black pepper, and sugar. Mix well, cover, and cook for another minute.
- SERVE. Remove pot cover. Put on a serving bowl and sprinkle leeks on top before serving.
Cooking Tips
Cook eggs for 10 minutes to achieve hard boiled eggs.
