Bihon Guisado Recipe
PORKSAVOR® All-In-One Seasoning MixIngredients
- 1 ½ cups (105 grams) Bihon noodles, raw
- 2 cups (500ml) Water
- 1 Tbsp. (15ml) Cooking oil
- 1/4 cup (35g) Onion, chopped
- 2 tsps. (24g) Garlic, minced
- 1 cup (100g) Chayote, sliced
- 3 cups (750ml) Water
- 2 tsps. (10ml) Soy sauce
- 1 cup (50g) Cabbage, sliced
- 1 pack (7g) PORKSAVOR® All-In-One Seasoning Mix
Procedure
- SOAK. In a bowl, add bihon noodles and water and let the noodles soak for 10 minutes. Set aside.
- SAUTÉ. In a pan, heat oil. Sauté onion and garlic. Add chayote, water, and soy sauce. Mix well and let it boil.
- MIX & SEASON. Add the soaked noodles, cabbage, and PORKSAVOR® All-In-One Seasoning Mix. Mix until well-incorporated.
- SERVE. Transfer to a plate. Serve and enjoy.
