SARSAYA® Oyster SauceIngredients
FOR PALAPA MIXTURE
- 1/2 cup (48g) Spring onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp. (12g) Ginger, minced
- 2/3 tbsp. (4.7g) Red chili, chopped
- 1/8 cup (30ml) Cooking oil
- 1/8 cup (18g) Garlic, minced
- 2 1/2 tsp. (5g) Ginger, minced
- 1 cup (50g) Red onion, sliced
- 3/4 cup (150g) Tomatoes, quartered
- 4 1/2 cup (1000g) Beef brisket, cubed
- 1 2/3 cup (385ml) Coconut milk, canned
- 1/2 cup (100ml) Water
- 2 packs (60g) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
- 6 pcs. (12g) Red chili, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. (1g) Salt
- 1/8 tsp. (1g) Pepper, ground
Procedure
- FOR PALAPA MIXTURE. POUND. In a mortar, pound spring onions, ginger, and red chilies until they form a paste. Set aside.
- FOR BEEF SININA. SAUTÉ. In a pan, heat cooking oil. Sauté garlic, ginger, and red onions until fragrant. Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Add beef and cook until browned.
- SIMMER. Add coconut milk and water and simmer for 45 minutes. Add SARSAYA® and red chilis. Simmer for 5 mins.
- SEASON. Add palapa mixture to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
- SERVE. Transfer onto a serving plate and serve!
