Beef with Broccoli
SARSAYA® Oyster SauceIngredients
- 1/2 kilo (500g) Beef, strips
- 2 Tbsps. (30ml) Soy sauce
- 3 Tbsps. (45ml) Oil
- 1 Tbsp. (10g) Ginger, strips
- 2 Tbsps. (15g) Onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsps. (20g) Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsps. (15g) Cornstarch diluted in
- 1 cup (250ml) Water
- 3 cups (200g) Broccoli, florets
- 2 packs (60g) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
- 1/8 tsp. (0.4g) Black pepper, ground
Procedure
- MARINATE. In a bowl, combine beef and soy sauce then marinate for 10 minutes.
- SAUTÉ. In a hot pan, add oil then saute beef, ginger, garlic, and onion.
- SIMMER. Dilute cornstarch in water then pour into the pan and let it simmer until thickened. Add broccoli and let it cook for a few minutes.
- SEASON. Add SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce and pepper, mix well.
- SERVE. Transfer into a serving plate. Serve & enjoy!
