Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
Aji-Ginisa® Liquid Flavor Seasoning MixIngredients
- 3 cups (500ml) Water
- 1 whole (250g) Broccoli, florets
- 2 1/2 tbsp. (30ml) Cooking Oil
- 4 1/2 cups (750g) Beef Sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 pc. (42g) White Onions, sliced
- 5 cloves (25g) Garlic, minced
- 3 tsp. (6g) Ginger, minced
- 1 1/2 pack (45g) Aji-Ginisa® Liquid Flavor Seasoning Mix
Procedure
- BLANCH. In a pot, add water and bring to simmer. Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- SAUTE. In a wok, heat oil and sear beef sirloin until brown. Set aside and then add white onions, garlic and ginger to the wok. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- SEASON. Add seared beef and season with Aji-Ginisa® Liquid Flavor Seasoning Mix then mix well. Add the broccoli and mix gently not to break the vegetable.
- SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate and enjoy! (Can be garnished with spring onions)
Cooking Tips
Toss the broccoli on third step for it not to break and get mushy.
