BBQ Quesadilla
AJI-GINISA® Less Sodium Flavor Seasoning MixIngredients
- 1 1/2 cup (200g) Bbq, leftover, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp. (20g) Butter
- 1/2 cup (40g) White Onions, sliced
- 1/8 cup (20g) Red Bellpepper, diced
- 1/2 cup (20g) Carrots, julienned
- 1/2 pack (4g) AJI-GINISA® Less Sodium
- 4 pcs. (92g) Tortilla
- 3 tbsp. (20g) Cheese, grated
- 2 1/2 tbsp. (10g) Parsley (optional)
Procedure
- SAUTE. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of butter then saute onions, red bellpeppers, and carrots.
- SEASON. Season with AJI-GINISA® Less Sodium and saute for 2-3 mins. Set aside.
- ASSEMBLE. Grab 1 tortilla and spread the grated cheese. Put chopped bbq and the sauteed vegetables, (Parsley optional) on top of the cheese and place another tortilla to close the quesadilla.
- HEAT. Brush the tortilla with butter. On the same pan, heat both sides of the tortilla until slightly browned.
- SERVE. Transfer onto serving plate, slice and enjoy!
Cooking Tips
Barbeque can be substituted with any meat leftover available.
