SARSAYA® Oyster SauceIngredients
- 4 tsps. (20ml) Cooking oil
- 2 tsps. (10g) Garlic, sliced
- 3/4 cup (75g) Onions, sliced
- 5 1/2 Tbsps. (80g) Tomato, cubed
- 1 3/4 cup (400g) Pork, ground
- 4 cups (300g) String beans (sitaw), sliced
- 3 packs (90ml) SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
Procedure
- SAUTE. On a large saucepan, heat cooking oil and saute garlic, onions, and tomato until fragrant. Mix in pork and cook until browned. Then add sitaw and cook for around 4 minutes.
- MIX. Add SARSAYA® and mix until well incorporated.
- SERVE. Turn off heat and transfer onto serving plate!
Cooking Tips
Saute ground pork atleast 5 minutes to remove raw taste.
