Bangus Steak
SARSAYA® Oyster SauceIngredients
- 2 Tbsps. (20ml) Cooking oil
- 1 whole (400g) Bangus, medium sliced
- 2 Tbsps. (30g) Red onions, sliced
- 2 tsps. (10g) Garlic, minced
- 5 packs (150g) Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce
- 4 Tbsps. (60ml) Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. (1g) Pepper, ground
- 5 pcs. (30ml) Calamansi, juiced
Procedure
- FRY. In a pan, heat oil. Fry bangus until brown on all sides. Set aside.
- SAUTE. In the same pan, saute onion and garlic. Add fried bangus.
- SEASON. Add Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce, soy sauce and pepper.
- SIMMER. Add water and calamansi juice and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat.
- SERVE. Serve with hot rice and enjoy.
Cooking Tips
Do not over boil/simmer the sauce when calamansi is added to avoid bitter after taste.
