Cook this easy Lomi recipe for your special someone para mas lalo syang Lomi-gaya sa piling mo!
In a pot, heat oil then sauté onion & garlic until fragrant, then add pork, kikiam, and liver. Once the meat is browned, set aside half of it for toppings then add water in the pot then season with PORKSAVOR® and soy sauce, cover and let it boil. Once the mixture is boiling add lomi noodles and cook until tender.
Next, mix-in the cassava and water mixture and simmer until thickened and sticky. Add egg, salt, and pepper, then continue cooking for 5 minutes.
PORKSAVOR® is made from real pork extract complete with spices and seasonings making this recipe more deliciously meaty.
Finally, transfer lomi in a serving bowl, add pork, kikiam, liver, boiled egg, and sprinkle with spring onion and garlic all over. You may also serve soy sauce, calamansi, onion, and chili on the side to enjoy this dish the Batangueńo way, enjoy!

1st step is steam the fish. Pour water in a steamer and let it boil. Steam fish with ginger slices on top for about 10 minutes. Adding ginger removes the unpleasant fishy smell and taste of the fish.
For the 2nd step, prepare the sauce. In a saucepan, combine water, AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, and sake, then simmer until sauce has thickened. AJI-NO-MOTO® which will bring out the savory-deliciousness of this dish that your partner will surely love.
For the last and 3rd step, transfer the fish on a serving plate then put spring onion, carrot, and cilantro on top. Drizzle with chili oil and sprinkle with garlic, happy eating!

Make the broth first by combining water, shiitake mushrooms, garlic, ginger, AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning, soy sauce, salt, and sugar in a pot then let it boil for a few minutes. Drain the broth and save the shiitake mushrooms for toppings later, set aside.
For the chicken, put it in a bowl then add soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper, then marinate for at least 10 minutes. In a hot griddle pan add oil then grill chicken until cooked and nicely charred on both sides. Cool it down for a few minutes then slice it thinly, set aside. Chicken is a good source of protein for muscle growth, plus the breast part has lower fat content compared to other types of meat.
Now let’s assemble. On individual bowls put broth, ramen noodles, bokchoy, chicken, leeks, and nori sheet. You may also add marinated egg for additional toppings. Serve & enjoy while hot!
