If that sounds delicious to you, how about exploring a delicious and at the same time nutritious poutine by making this Vegetable Poutine recipe! This dish will surely make you love your veggies thanks to CRISPY FRY® Gravy Mix! It has the perfect blend of saltiness, savoriness, and spices. In preparing the vegetables, try not to peel their skin to help reduce food waste. Just make sure to scrub the vegetables with a clean brush. This helps remove the dirt and soil from the skin. Plus, the skin usually contains most of the nutrients of the vegetables.

For this recipe, we will use sweet potatoes, string beans, and carrots which all contain good amount of beta-carotene that helps our eyes to adjust in dim conditions and Dietary Fiber that helps prevent constipation. Slice these vegetables into sticks then deep-fry until golden and crispy.
