Tuna Patty with Tomato Salad

AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 can Tuna, canned, in oil, drained
  • 1 tsp. White onions, minced
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Carrots, minced
  • 1 pc. Egg, beaten
  • 2 pcs. Calamansi, juiced
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 pack AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Cooking oil
Tomato Salad:
  • 1 Tbsp. Tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 pc. Red onion, sliced
  • 1 pc. Calamansi, juiced
  • pinch Salt, iodized
  • pinch Pepper, ground
  • 1/8 tsp. Sugar, white

Procedure

  1. MIX. In a large bowl, mix tuna, white onions, garlic, carrots, egg, calamansi, and all-purpose.
  2. SEASON. Season with AJI-GINISA® Flavor Seasoning Mix.
  3. FRY. Heat oil in a pan. Fry tuna patty until browned.
  4. FOR TOMATO SALAD: MIX. In a large bowl, mix tomato, red onions, calamansi, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  5. SERVE. Serve tuna patty with a side of tomato salad.

Cooking Tips

Tuna patty can be chilled before frying to be more compact.
